Biography Highlight
Gao Qiang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yanshan County, Hebei province. He was born in 1944, and graduated from the Renmin University of China. Gao started to work in 1967 and joined the CPC in July 1978. Gao is a senior economist. Gao has spent his career primarily at the Ministry of Finance, where he served as director of the Financial Budget Administration Department prior to being elected executive vice-minister in 2003.
